If you think that Instant public records services are used only to do background checks on people, then you are sure much mistaken. There's a lot more that these professional investigative databases can provide, as is clear from the following five somewhat surprising examples.

1. A man from Springfield, Massachusetts was trying to get a new car from a particular dealership. He was not quite sure about these dealers, and that made him a bit skeptical about what kind of after-sales services they would provide. The people he knew did not know about the dealership much. So he used public records search. Within a few minutes, he found out that there was a long list of people that had complained about the dealership. He immediately took his business elsewhere. The registry probably saved him from a lot of hassle.

2. This one is good. A man from Syracuse, New York needed to hire a lawyer to defend him in court. There was this top notch lawyer he wanted to hire. He had some meetings with him and all, but there was no contract signed yet. For some reason, he felt like running a check on his lawyer on a record registry online. He was really flabbergasted to find that the lawyer himself had some cases against him! You can imagine the shock he must have had!

3. A woman in Manchester, New Hampshire had a very pleasant happening on a database online resource. She was living with foster parents and was always keen to know who her biological mother was. She found out her biological mother with just a maiden name! Now she has two extremely interesting mothers.

4. An Idaho man was always apprehensive about his new girlfriend. She was asking for a commitment, and he would have done so, but he decided to check her up first on a search background checks. He found out that her slate wasn't all that clean. In fact, he found out that she made some long telephonic conversations with other guys, even when their relation was on. He was too relieved to call off the relationship.

5. This one really takes the cake now. A woman from Massachusetts was living a not easy life, financially speaking. For some reason, she became a member on online personal record and was just tinkering around with all the free unlimited background checks they provide when she found out some amazing news. A relative of hers had left a significant inheritance in her name. I cannot express in words the amount of happiness she must have felt on knowing that. It certainly turned her life much for the better.
